Good Italian food does not begin and end with a fabulous pasta. There are so many different ways of cooking Italian, this is an introduction into this wonderful cuisine that is packed with so much variety!

We are very pleased to announce that our evening shall be in collaboration with Elzette and Cristelle from DeGrendel Wines, a fantastic opportunity to sample their prestige vintages.

Antipasto
Hot chickpea fritters with cucumber and yoghurt

Primo

Pork fillet with creamed beans and leeks

Dessert

Meringue and Glacé fruit Semi-freddo
